are due on the 1st October 2017, ALL

Society to the Honorary Treasurer at

Subscription rates are: £15 for full members

Preparations for 2018/19 session
As the end of the session approaches plans are already underway
for the next session 2018/19.
Members are invited to send ideas for lectures/activities to the
programme secretary, Chris Hunt at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you have specific speakers in mind please supply contact
details if possible.
The popular member's evening will be scheduled provided we
have the speakers to do it, so bear this in mind when on your
summer holidays- there may be a talk hiding in that beautiful
Please send offers for (10-20 minute) member's talks in as soon as
possible- this needs your support to make it happen.
Feedback from the 2017/18 session is invited. Slightly longer
lecture programme this year with wide ranging topics which
hopefully had something in there for everyone.

Update on the next LGS field excursion to Garn Prys and
Deganwy on Sunday 24th June 2018
Apologies – the field excursion to Garn Prys and Deganwy has been
cancelled because so few people have signed up for this excursion.
(It seems that most LGS members will be watching the football on
Sunday instead of enjoying the great geology and fine weather in
We do hope to run this excursion next year.
